BorgWarner Inc. accepted purchase Delphi Technologies PLC in an all-stock deal that values Delphi at about $3.3 billion and would combine two major auto-parts makers.
BorgWarner said Delphi’s combustion-propulsion products would match its own portfolio, which is concentrated on “clean innovations to increase effectiveness and performance of contemporary combustion cars.”
