DAVOS, Switzerland– Italy and Britain will deal with U.S. tariffs if they continue with a tax on digital business such as Alphabet Inc.’s Google and Facebook Inc., U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin cautioned.
Mr. Mnuchin released the warning after France concurred to postpone the imposition of its own digital tax in the face of hazards of high U.S. tariffs on French exports.
