  • Dozens of real-estate representatives and executives told us their ideal bars for impressing a customer.
  • Their answers consisted of numerous traditional New York mixed drink bars, hotel bars, and a bar hidden in a converted brownstone home.

” There’s nothing like a nightcap at Bar Centrale,” Gottlieb said. “It’s stylish and unmarked, and never stops working to impress. Perfect for an after-theater drink.”

Bemelmans Bar, Carlyle Hotel

Cocktail rate range: $21 to $43

Catherine Silver Smith, an agent at Warburg Real estate, stated her No. 1 bar to take clients was Bemelmans Bar at the Carlyle Hotel.

It’s a “essential New York City facility with terrific live music,” Smith told Company Insider.

Sheila Trichter, a Warburg broker with 35 years of experience, likewise said Bemelmans was “hands down” her preferred location to go.

” The murals are divine, the drinks are generous, and the environment can not be beat,” she said.

Boom Room, The Standard Hotel

” It’s the oldest bar in New York,” Totaro said.

Michael Bello, a representative at Genuine New york city, stated he didn’t consume however liked the atmosphere at the Ludlow Hotel bar.

” It’s a gem that not too many people appear to know about,” Bello stated. “The lounge and bar are high end and vibrant but also quiet adequate to have a conversation and/or get some work done. A little dark and mystical. However there’s also an enclosed sun parlor in the back. And you never ever understand who you’ll encounter there.”

It has a “vibrant ambiance with great drinks and food and mindful service,” Henick stated.

The Compass representative Julie Gans informed Organisation Expert that Ralph Lauren’s Polo Bar would impress a customer.

” The Polo Bar is a beautiful, sophisticated bar in Midtown,” Gans stated.

Raines Law Space

” It’s a quiet speakeasy atmosphere where the staff are the expert mixologists who serve fantastic cocktails,” Alan Levy, a Warburg agent with 12 years of experience, stated of Raines Law Space.

Rose Bar, Gramercy Park Hotel

For the Warburg agent Rowena DasGupta, the best bar to impress a client is Rose Bar at the Gramercy Park Hotel.

” It’s in a beautiful part of town, simply off Gramercy,” DasGupta stated.
