Officials at the National Aeronautics and Area Administration stated they would review how Boeing Co. stopped working to identify software problems that led to a botched space-capsule launch in December.
The U.S. space company on Friday reported a formerly concealed software flaw, in addition to a problem determined earlier that prevented the pill from reaching the appropriate orbit.
