Activists were disturbed that Tesla was allowed to start clearing the land prior to the business received all of the needed structure permits, and they implicated the court of giving Tesla preferential treatment.
While Tesla now has approval to continue clearing, protestors remain concerned that the factory will trigger chemical pollution and excessive water intake, as well as disrupt bat nests and ant hills.
