KIRKLAND, Wash.– Washington state officials are considering taking control of a retirement home connected to 10 deaths in the Covid-19 outbreak after the center’s owners drew criticism from local officials and households for spotty and sometimes disorderly dissemination of info.
At one point, a woman whose mother passed away at the facility today of still-unknown causes stated she was later on contacted by a nursing-home staffer to say her mom was alive and well.
