New Suit Versus WWE By Stockholders Over Saudi Arabia Ties, Executives Leaving The Business

Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP announced a class action suit against WWE over its relationship with Saudi Arabia and recent moves at the top that triggered the stock to plunge, according to Company Wire

The problem alleges WWE, “made incorrect and misleading declarations and/or failed to reveal adverse information regarding WWE’s service and operations. Preliminary reports said Saudi Arabia owed WWE money, which caused Vince McMahon to cut the live feed till the two sides apparently worked things out.

As noted, in a separate claim filed by the Oklahoma firefighters pension fund in December, declared there is “a trustworthy basis to believe” Vince McMahon and other WWE senior officials are not keeping up with their WWE responsibilities as they focus resources towards the XFL, which is run under McMahon’s Alpha Home entertainment, LLC.
