McDonald’s is giving out totally free meals to healthcare employees, policemans, firemens and paramedics to thank them for their work throughout the pandemic.
From April 22 through May 5, the business will be giving these “Thank You Meals” at no charge through the drive thru or carry out at getting involved dining establishments throughout the country.
The meals will be available for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and the meals will be served in Pleased Meal boxes “in the hopes of bringing a smile together with tasty food,” the business said.
” We have been influenced by the method our franchisees have been going above and beyond to support their regional communities throughout this attempting time,” said Joe Erlinger, president of McDonald’s U.S.A..
McOnald’s says a legitimate ID is required and the meals are limited to one per individual each day.
Breakfast
An option of an Egg McMuffin ®, Chicken McGriddles ® or a Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit. All alternatives include any size soda, tea or hot coffee and a Hash Brown.
Lunch and Supper
An option of a Double Cheeseburger, 6-Piece Chicken McNuggets ® or a Filet-O-Fish ® will be used. All options include any size soft drink, tea or hot coffee and little french fries.
