WASHINGTON– The Trump administration branded a Russian white supremacist group and its top members as international terrorists on Monday, using a tool normally utilized to target extreme Islamist groups overseas.
The designation called the Russian Imperial Motion, or RIM, a Russia-based organization with ties to European and U.S.-based white supremacists, as special designated global terrorists. the State Department said. 3 senior RIM members were likewise designated.
