In his zeal to convict Michael Flynn of something, federal Judge Emmet Sullivan is hurting his own credibility.
On Wednesday Judge Sullivan designated an ex-judge to check out whether former Mr. Flynn must be held in criminal contempt for perjury even though prosecutors have looked for to drop the charges versus the previous national security adviser.
