Pennsylvania Dept. of Agriculture revokes running licenses for Round the Clock Diners

The Pennsylvania Department of Farming has withdrawed the Organisation Licenses for both areas of Round the Clock Restaurant. In a declaration sent out to WGAL News 8, The Department of Agriculture confirms on May 14 both places were provided cautions. The Department of Farming states if an organisation continues to run after it’s license is withdrawed citations will be filed with the Magisterial District Judge.

YORK, Pa.–

The Pennsylvania Department of Farming has revoked the Business Licenses for both places of Round the Clock Restaurant.

The Round the Clock Diner opened up their dining spaces Mom’s Day weekend, but now the state is shutting them down.

Prior to our Friday night broadcast, WGAL News 8’s Jeremy Jenkins went inside one of the diners and asked one of the owners to comment.

The Department of Agriculture says if a business continues to run after it’s license is revoked citations will be filed with the Magisterial District Judge.

The Department might pursue civil charges of up to 10 thousand dollars per day of violation.
