Target shops in Duluth, Virginia and Grand Rapids will be closed till more notice, the merchant stated Friday.

” We are heartbroken by the death of George Floyd and the pain it is triggering our community,” Target said in a statement.

As of late Friday, Target’s short-term closure list included 70 stores throughout Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

On The Other Hand, Cub Foods in Duluth was reported to have closed by 8 p.m. Friday.

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz on Friday imposed an overnight curfew in Minneapolis and St. Paul, purchasing people off the streets from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights.
