The intensifying labor feud between Major League Baseball and its players’ union walked to the precipice of a cliff Monday, when commissioner Rob Manfred stated it is possible that there will be no season at all in 2020.
Manfred’s declaration came just 5 days after he guaranteed MLB would at least play a shortened season in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic.
