Nestlé SA should stop branding its plant-based hamburger “Unbelievable” after a European court ruled the language infringed on Impossible Foods Inc.’s trademarks and could puzzle consumers.
The order by the District Court of The Hague in the Netherlands means Nestlé has to alter the name of its Garden Gourmet Amazing Burger throughout the European Union. Nestlé stated it would rebrand the product as Astonishing across Europe, while also appealing the choice.
