HOUSTON– On Monday, the very first day that organisations here were needed to make their consumers use face coverings, a few left of Phoenicia Specialized Foods in demonstration, said Haig Tcholakian, owner of the Houston grocery chain.
He didn’t mind. The store wants everybody to use masks inside and lastly has a reason to enforce that: The county is making them. Plus, he added, he can tell them he risks fines if their faces stay uncovered– because some individuals may discover an economic argument more engaging than a health one.
