WASHINGTON– The U.S. Supreme Court decreased to hear a challenge to corporate tax policies, delivering a success to the Internal Revenue Service that will cost tech business billions of dollars.
The court, in a quick composed order, stated Monday it wouldn’t consider an appeal brought by Altera Corp., now owned by Intel Corp.
