McClain, 23, passed away on August 30, 2019, days after cops confronted him as he strolled house from a convenience store. The officers were responding to a 911 call from somebody explaining a “suspicious black male using a ski mask, ‘acting odd’ by ‘waving his arms around,'” according to the police department’s incident report at the time.
