$5K reward provided for suspects in assault of Starbucks barista in Lancaster after being asked to use mask -TV

LANCASTER, Calif. (KABC)– Officials in Lancaster are seeking the general public’s assistance in finding two suspects connected with the attack of a Starbucks barista.

The 2 entered the Starbucks on West Avenue on June 4 without masks, in spite of published indications recommending consumers of the requirement.

When the worker approached them and inquired to put a mask on, one of the guys apparently punched the victim in the face, triggering the staff member to suffer a broken jaw, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Lancaster station. Both guys ran away the scene.

The city of Lancaster is now using a $5,000 reward to anyone who assists authorities determine and find the suspects.

” I am deeply saddened and irate by the attack,” Mayor Rex Perris stated in a declaration. “Our country is in a crisis, now is a time for our community to come together. This habits is despicable and we need your aid to assist identify these men so that justice might be served.”

The attacker is referred to as six feet 2 inches high, weighing around 230 pounds. The 2nd suspect is around 6 feet six inches high and weighs about 245 pounds.
