Among the first Chinese projects to begin testing its Covid-19 vaccine prospects overseas stated it would have a vaccine all set for the general public prior to the end of the year.
Liu Jingzhen, chairman of state-owned China National Pharmaceutical Group, also referred to as Sinopharm, said on state broadcaster CCTV on Tuesday that scientific trials that began in Abu Dhabi last week should be finished in roughly 3 months, paving the way for a vaccine to go to the market this year.
