Japanese theme parks ban screaming, advise riders to ‘Yell inside your heart’

  • Japan’s amusement park are advising clients not to yell on roller rollercoasters to slow the spread of the coronavirus.
  • In a recent video, magnates from among the country’s parks rode a roller rollercoaster in overall silence, as the Wall Street Journal reported earlier on Wednesday.

In between dining, close-quarters rides, and other destinations, the world’s amusement parks have their work cut out for them when it comes to resuming securely.

The no-yelling recommendation was consisted of in a set of reopening guidelines launched in late Might by the East and West Japan Theme Park Associations, which comprises dozens of major park operators. The rules, according to The Wall Street Journal, have been embraced by most of Japan’s theme parks.

” We received grievances that the theme park association’s request to not make loud sounds was impossible and too stringent,” a Fuji-Q spokesman told The Wall Street Journal.
