Mini house-buying boom leads to highest costs ever

According to the most current Halifax House Price Index the average price of a home was ₤241,604 last month, 1.7%higher than June’s ₤237,834

These newest figures mirror current figures from the Nationwide Structure Society, which revealed house rates bounced back in July, climbing 1.7%during the month.

This view was echoed by Anna Clare Harper, author of Strategic Residential or commercial property Evaluation, who stated that the Halifax findings showed current confidence in the economy:

” What we can’t anticipate is what happens next: economically, and in policy.
