WASHINGTON– Roger Stone is back in court on Tuesday to attempt to persuade a federal judge he deserves a new trial, days after he was sentenced to more than three years in jail amid continuous legal drama surrounding the case.
U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson permitted a public audio feed of the hearing to consider Mr. Stone’s request, which is based upon allegations that a juror deceived the court when responding to concerns during the jury choice process.
