WASHINGTON– The U.S. intelligence community publicly validated it is trying to figure out whether the coronavirus may have gotten away from a laboratory in Wuhan, the city where the pandemic began.
In an uncommon public declaration, the Workplace of the Director of National Intelligence, or ODNI, also said that U.S. intelligence agencies accept the broad scientific consensus that “the Covid-19 infection was not manmade or genetically modified.”
