We know that Kamala Harris is slated to speak Wednesday night at the Democratic National Convention. What we don’t understand is which Kamala Harris will appear.
Joe Biden chose the California senator as his running mate because he was under pressure to include variety to the ticket. He does not need Ms. Harris to win blacks, females or her reliably blue house state. He needs her to assist him get progressive activists off his back. In that regard, she was a smart option. In other relates to, we’ll have to wait and see.
